There are ways for businesses, individuals and mental health sector organisations to get involved in and support the Alliance, right now.

  1. Register your interest: the Alliance has just been launched and it’s evolving. You can register to receive updates, future opportunities to become involved, and any resources being developed over the coming months.

We will be calling for other organisations to join what we hope will be a growing network of Alliance supporters in the coming weeks. Register here for updates:

Over the coming months, the Alliance’s membership and its engagement with stakeholders will be broadened to ensure that the perspectives of people with lived experience are central to the development and promotion of practical tools and guidance for businesses.

For example, we will now set up a Reference Group to advise the Alliance and its work. This Reference Group will include people who have personal experience of mental health problems and their families, friends and other supporters. The Reference Group will be co-chaired by a person with lived experience and the Alliance will seek nominations from the National Consumer and Carer Forum.

  1. Promote the Alliance: let your employer, employees, friends and other contacts know about the Alliance and the call for good practice.
